THE DAWN OF 47

Back in March of 2025, I was doing my Duolingo, learning some French, when suddenly an AD came on. It was a Tower Defense game, like the ones I used to play as a boy. It looked SO FUN, I said, hey this could be a good time. So I downloaded it.

Back in March of 2025, I was doing my Duolingo, learning some French, when suddenly an AD came on. It was a Tower Defense game, like the ones I used to play as a boy. It looked SO FUN, I said, hey this could be a good time. So I downloaded it.

At first, it all seemed fine, wow this game looks interesting, I wonder how this Tower Defense element will scale. And suddenly BAAAAM, it was not a Tower Defense game, just a micro transaction hell like all other mobile games, except this didn't have any ADs. So I said, ok I get my dopamine hit upgrading stuff, let's keep playing.

I saw there was a World Chat element to it and sent an emoji just to see what it was. A couple of minutes later I got a message from a guy named AK27 telling me: "Hey, do you wanna join my alliance? We're top3 in power in the kingdom and need active players."

I said, sure. And that's how I joined KNG

KNG was #3, the Turks were #2. Brutes, who liked the taste of blood and fires. They used to have this guy called Ragnar who would send a broadcast message every time he was online saying: "Take a shield, Ragnar is here".

But, the real bad guys of this story are the #1 alliance, MENACE. They were led by 2 guys, one was the brain, Baldwin, and the other the brawn, Greed. Baldwin was a real life sociopath, who liked to feel better than others, he only felt good when he was stepping on weaker players while himself not being strong at all. Greed was a Clyde level spender back then, a child of a Chinese billionaire, who could spend like it was nothing.

So, Baldwin and Greed together came up with a great idea. "Hey, why don't we create a real powerhouse of an alliance?" So they had a great pitch planned that went as follows:

Dear Mr. R5, we are Greed and Baldwin. We will make you an offer you can't refuse.

Option A: Your whales join Menace and we are all happy.

Option B: Say no, we burn you.

So, naturally people said yes. And what was a server with 5-6 strong alliances became a server with 4 strong alliances. Then 3, then 2.5.

Menace got to be top 10 in the whole game in Alliance Strength. They got players like Wampus, Malpractice, SuperMonkey, Eagle 6 and many others.

Their leadership overestimated when the transfer would start, 6 months in they were advertising Menace as a place to transfer to. They had "whales lining up to come to 47".

So naturally, there was 0 competition on the server. No one stood a chance against them. Castle Battle was just Menace holding all 4 turrets and Castle and people just sending rallies to get 50k injuries, maybe.

Menace itself was very cutthroat. A couple of days offline, you got kicked, and a new guy from the lesser alliance would take their place. No friendship, just people bootlicking the whales. Even a little boy like SVT got invited to Menace. But I had morals and principles and said, nah I'm cool at KNG.

To this day I don't know why I said no. Maybe I liked Dovah and Nascas that much, maybe I didn't want to be in an alliance that felt transactional. Who knows, so they got Bjorn instead of me and that's why he hates me.

Ok, so we had Menace, we had KNG, and a little wittle alliance called TWP started rising. Led by a danish lover not fighter, Spank, and a little asian boy he found in a ricefield, Jay. They grew this alliance from nothing. They found an angry polish drunk (Bobo) and a portuguese curmudgeon (DisconnecTeD) and they were off to the races.

If Menace was a corporation, TWP was a mom and pop shop. They knew their people, had fun. They positioned themselves as the anti-Menace.

And most importantly, they knew things about the game. Menace had no idea about mechanics, they would just brute force win. They'd burn you with Olive. TWP knew about joining mechanics, starting rally mechanics, which heroes to use for bear, etc.

But the spark that started the fire were 2 young men named Milk and Elmo. College friends, they enjoyed playing together. Got the call to join Menace and they did it together. But, Elmo was not as active so Menace decided to kick him. Milk didn't like that, he didn't like it ONE bit.

So he hit that vape pen and wrote a 12 page document on how to take down Menace. Now, Menace didn't like that, they didn't like it ONE bit. So they were both kicked and then they rejoined KNG. The anti menace sentiment starting growing. The fairy tale land of whales and power got shown up as a boring place where only whales mattered.

So we had the powerhouse, Menace at #1, we had the rising TWP at #2. KNG was #3 and we had a new villain rising at #4... THE KITTEN.

A Romanian girl who liked men's attention. Let's not dwell on her for long, let's just say she liked to send pictures and she got people to do what she wanted them to do that way.

What happens in a server where every whale is in one alliance. All thirsty for blood and competition where there is none? Well, they naturally compete against each other.

So, compete they did. Who can burn the most people? Well the server was about to find out.

Farmers ran for their lives, those smart enough deployed shields, others just fell to the power of whales. Wampus, Mystic, Over, Greed, Ahmed, Ragnar. They just burned the server to the ground.

So, it's safe to say Menace was not liked after that. The world chat was filled with cries of "PLEASE STOP" "WHAT IS HAPPENING" "NAP IS A LIE".

Imagine doing this 2 weeks before the first KvK.

Elmo and Milk started to put their plan in place. KNG and TWP were merged by hatred of Menace. And your humble storyteller was in the bunch of people who got in.

Castle Battle was upon us and it was just the same old boring stuff as always until a real WWE heel switch happened. Mystic and Malpractice joined TWP.

Let's make a parallel in 64 terms. Imagine suddenly Shadow and Pike joined us and started fighting against ONE.

It got crazy and heated. For the first time in the servers existence someone other than Menace had the castle. And Menace, instead of embracing competition, didn't like that, they didn't like it ONE BIT. So Greed started attacking and burning Mystic.

Then the first KvK was upon us and the server wide strategy was.... Everyone who's gonna be active joins Menace. But animosity was still in the air, especially from TWP's side.

So naturally, TWP's leadership said... NO ONE IS JOINING MENACE. WE WILL BURN WHOEVER JOINS MENACE. TED SAID THAT!

They just said: "Bro, you just burned the whole server like a week ago and now you expect people to join you to win? f off"

So Kitty and her minions joined, but TWP didn't. We just stayed in TWP and decided, hey let's just get our points and leave. And Menace didn't like that, they didn't like it ONE bit.

Menace didn't really feel like they needed us, they just wanted people to obey. But TWP didn't obey.

Kitten (the girl who sent pictures) hated TWP because she was in love with the danish lover not fighter, Spank, and asked to join TWP but no one wanted her here cause she just liked drama and was quite frankly very cringe. So she, along with other Menace members, started the great idea of, after this KvK we will BURN TWP to the ground for not helping.

Their narrative was: TWP was actually planning to make us lose.

KvK against 27 ended. It was a wash, a very easy win for 47.

The next day, the burning started.

Chapter 2

THE BURNING OF TWP

66 beats 3 screenshots

Fire, as far as the eye could see.

Fire, as far as the eye could see.

Rows of burning castles and where there was no fire there were bubbles.

A meteor ending troops by the hundreds of thousands.

Menace was exacting their "justice" and TWP was being executed. No trial needed just fire.

I woke up at 12 UTC with a full infirmary and tens of reports of attacks by Greed, Ragnar, Calo03, and Kitty. Names I won't forget. And the kingdom watched as our HQ was torched, our flags burned.

Kingshot mailbox filled with defensive defeat reports during the TWP burn.
Field evidence from the campaign.

There were rumblings about what was gonna happen, but no one actually believed it would. "It just makes no sense, why would they burn all of us after we just won?"

So, to understand what was happening, we need to see both points of view.

TWP's point of view:

Menace has ruined the server, just a couple of weeks ago they burned everyone and now they're asking for us to come together as one to win KvK.

We won't help them but we will not do anything against them either. We will just get our points and go back home. It's not like they actually need our help anyway, they have all the whales, all the joiners.

At times, the fight was just too one-sided. Menace held the castle and all 4 turrets. How are we supposed to get our points? Just rally the turrets, it's not as if we're doing any damage at all. Maybe 20k injuries at most. That's nothing.

Menace's point of view:

I'm so cool, strong and sexy. No one can come against me, I'm NUMBER ONE IN THE WORLD. WOOHOOO.

Someone rallied me. WHO DO THEY THINK THEY ARE!? THOSE TWP BUGS ARE GONNA GET SQUASHED.

They didn't even join us like our other bootlickers who also got zeroed a week ago did.

After this KvK we will zero them because that sounds like a good plan. They will probably just disband the alliance and another EASY WIN for Menace cause everything we do works out in the end.

And so the day came, and they dismantled their HQ, built it right next to ours and started burning away. There was no broadcast message asking people to "take a shield cause Ragnar was here", just relentless attacking.

Many of the old TWP members quit, the ones who didn't got to know the value of a shield: 4500 for a day. We learned to set our alarms daily so when the shield was about to expire you could buy a new one.

Those who didn't shield, well, they were Tp'd on and attacked until the reports said you had nothing left.

We thought: surely this won't last long, they'll get bored eventually. Let's just ride the storm for a couple of days.

And then a week went by.

We learned that you can do bear while under shields, that Vikings don't care if you're shielded, and that you can't be reinforced before you enter Swords.

We lost a bunch of good men. The message from Menace was clear. This will stop when you disband.

But this just brought us closer together. Disband?! WHO DO THEY THINK THEY'RE. I'D RATHER QUIT THAN DISBAND. The screams echoed in the Alliance Chat.

Let's zoom out and talk about the Kingdom for a bit. What once was a thriving server was now a wasteland. We had Menace, we had the burning remains of TWP, cowering under shields, we had Kitten (the picture girl) and her minions. Those were the main 3 alliances.

We also had, let's call them the Peaceful Asians. Farmers who were actually strong but enjoyed a simple life of gathering and being amongst themselves. We also had the Wild Turks, guys who just liked attacking and losing troops in any fight.

The Peaceful Asians and the Wild Turks were in constant conflict themselves, but neither was strong enough to actually cause any damage to the other. So they would just focus on what was happening in their alliances.

404 LOVED Menace and agreed that we should burn because that way, they could become stronger than us, and Kitten would finally have the last laugh. "Oh you guys think you're better than me? Well, now you're dead."

Two weeks had gone by, and the burning continued. We lost more people. Most of them sought refuge with the peaceful Asians. Some were traitors and decided to join Menace.

We gained more knowledge and started staggering shields. If someone had a 24 hour shield you could just reinforce them and leave your castle empty. That way we could save gems.

You would ask yourself, dear reader, how were they burning you all day everyday? Didn't they sleep, didn't they eat, didn't they work?

Kingshot report or alliance screen illustrating the sustained burn campaign against TWP.
Field evidence from the campaign.

Well, hate was more important than sleep. So they would share Greed's account, the only one powerful enough (the man had a meteor in June) to burn everyone and not lose troops.

You would also ask yourself, dear reader: But was everyone in Menace in favor of you guys burning? Why didn't anyone speak up? Why didn't anyone say, hey, enough is enough!

At this point of the story dear reader, I would like to introduce the Crazy Americans.

After being burned by Ragnar they had quit. But for some reason decided to return to this God forsaken game. Maybe it was fate? Maybe they were bored? No one will ever know (you can ask them, I personally don't know).

And they saw what was happening. At first, like everyone, they thought, yeah this happens in this game, people get burned, things blow over and we go back to normal. But weeks had gone by and the fires didn't stop. WC was just a daily barrage of insults, people making fun of us burning and just general stupidity.

And the Crazy Americans had enough. They decided to act, even though they were weak af, even though they were outnumbered, they were just 4 guys against the world.

They TP'D close to 404 and started attacking (and losing I might add) and said. HEY THIS BULLYING GOTTA STOP! We're not cool with this.

And then a Mexican standoff. Kitten started calling upon her friends, started throwing around threats. "This is not your fight. Stop or you will get burned too."

But the Crazy Americans had an ace up their sleeve, Wampus, a Menace R4 TP'D next to them and chimed in. "I don't know what's going on here but if you touch em I'm gonna start burning people, I DON'T GIVE A SHEET!"

And that's who Old Wamp was.

You might say, dear reader. Oh wow, what a nice ending, and then they stopped burning you, right? RIGHT?

Well.... no. It was a nice gesture but then Wampus got in trouble. His loyalties were questioned. So he just stayed out of it. And the burning continued.

But their patience was waning. Now, they started getting more clever. They started exiling our front line in bear, and with Menace banners constructed by our bear pit, we couldn't move back.

So we built a new HQ far from Menace. Revitalized by friendships built, the crazy Americans, the Wild Turks, the peaceful Asians, we decided to keep moving forward. The people were starting to get on our side.

But that made Menace angrier.

Malpractice was a former Menace member, well liked by a few. He also thought, oh well, they gotta get tired eventually. But what was about to happen shook him to the core.

He had been diligent with his shielding. But one day he made a mistake, his shield was down for maybe 2 minutes. And Greed pounced.

Menace thought "OH this is the final blow. Now that the doctor is zeroed they will finally come to their senses and understand the only way out of this is to disband."

What they didn't know was... The doctor got MAD, real MAD. And you wouldn't like him when he's mad. And we also got mad with him. And so we decided, LET'S FIGHT BACK. And fight back we did.

Sanctuary and Fortress day came around and oh well... let's just say those rewards got stolen. We had a specialized team of teleporters: Flokye, LordFleLou and SriverFX (bless his heart that German madman). They would tp last second, steal first rewards and just fly away.

We also started finding weaknesses. Started attacking their gathers one by one. That was the moment of FleLou aura. The determination of a German teenager against the might of a maxed out Eagle 6 account. FleLou started teleporting around, attacking gathers, Eagle chasing him, when his attacks were about to land, FleLou teleported again. Teased him in WC: "I thought Eagles were supposed to be quick".

Morale was up. We knew we could get to them now.

Then, Strongest Gov came around and we became aware of what a hoard actually was. Malpractice started using everything. By the last day of the event, he was first in all kingdoms by 40M.

But just as we were attacking their gathers, they were attacking ours. We started to be low on resources. TWP was down to 55 members, most of them still with us. And an Italian madman said, you know what. F THAT SHEET, I know where the resources are. Ryu tp'd next to the Menace farm alliance and started taking them by the millions.

OH THEY GOT REAAAAAL MAD. To be honest we were scared about it, our war had been fought slow and methodical, little edges here and there. But this might bring more of the Menace members into it, their farms were getting attacked, their resources plundered.

But we were broke, so more people tp'd next to him and started taking some more. Then Over showed up. OH sheeeeet, the Popo is here.

Dear 64 readers, Over had not been very involved in this conflict. He was a strong guy back then, let's equate him to an Emz. So it was safe to assume Ryu was in BIG trouble. So we rushed to help him. Everyone sent him reinforcements, Malpractice sent his main march.

We braced for impact. He might lose but at least he might have time to tp back and shield....

Over tp'd back home immediately. Ryu also got back home before Greed showed up. We knew it worked against Over but Greed? That man had spent thousands, he might be too strong. But.... let's see?

Chapter 3

FISHING FOR MILK

What happens to a group of people that have been beaten down, endlessly attacked, burnt, destroyed, sacked, exiled? What happens to that group of people when they win a fight that seems impossible? They start developing pride.

What happens to a group of people that have been beaten down, endlessly attacked, burnt, destroyed, sacked, exiled? What happens to that group of people when they win a fight that seems impossible? They start developing pride.

Pride in who they are, pride in their cause. They get the taste of victory, oh sweet sweet victory, and start wanting more.

Plans start developing. Up until now a most important figure has remained in the shadows. Let's shed some light on a little asian man, a tactician, a charismatic figure. His name was Jay.

To all of us at TWP he was the mastermind, if you had a question he had the answer. If you wanted to theorycraft, he would tell you why you were wrong or right. And if he didn't know, he would sit for hours with you and test things out.

If he saw you were lost, he would help you find a way. He was a leader who always had hope.

Now, he had a blueprint to victory.

We had beaten Over with basically a couple of reinforcements. So we had to test what were the limits of this strategy. Neither Menace nor TWP really knew. And we were about to find out.

But the landscape of 47 was changing. After almost 3 weeks of constant burning, KvK was getting nearer.

Greed, once a crazy spender with an account that rivaled the top players in the game, was now bored of the game and even selling his account.

Ragnar, the man who liked to burn everything and everyone, had been absent for a few days.

Kitty, the biggest supporter of our burning, wasn't writing his cringe AI stories in WC anymore.

Why was Ragnar gone? What happened to "Take a shield, Ragnar is here"?

Oh well, everytime Kitty was in trouble... he would come to her aid. Let's say those favors were not free. They were.... close.

But Ragnar had a wife. And his wife checked his phone... and she didn't like what she saw. So let's just say he wasn't allowed to play anymore.

So what happened to Kitten then? She sent pictures to others too, so she had plenty of protectors, right?

Well, other players can't protect you from the devs... She was (allegedly) committing credit card fraud. She would buy a bunch of packs and then disputing those charges and getting the money back.

So she lost her account.

Oh so TWP was forgiven, right? Greed inactive, Ragnar gone, Kitten banned. That was it, right? RIGHT?

Well....... no. The cast of villains was larger. And we should shed some light on them too.

The mastermind behind all of this was Baldwin. We already know and hate that little sociopath.

He had a crew of friends with whom he ran Menace. The first of which was Uriel. She's in END now. But she just hated TWP. Don't really know why. But soon, she was about to hate us even more.

His crew also included Gabriel, also in END now. And a little boy scout by the name of Eagle6.

Even though inactive, the few hours or minutes Greed would be in the game were spent in the TWP hive. Burning whoever had forgotten to shield. Now Eagle 6, though sparingly, would join him. And Over, pride hurting, would also pay us a visit once in a while.

But TWP was just biding their time. The chance to pounce would be soon.

KvK was nearly upon us.

The chance to test the limits of our power was upon us. We needed a figure, a person who was online near reset and wasn't strong enough for people to doubt attacking him but had a good amount of troops.

Malpractice was not a good candidate, people had caught up to how strong he was, so attacking him wasn't a good idea.

Jay didn't have enough TP's to get away if a chase ensued.

SVT wasn't that good at shielding and didn't have enough troops to withstand a real attack. He was also a chicken.

Everyone in the R4 chat looked in the same direction: a carton of Milk. A teenager with a death wish, the boy with a 12 page plan to destroy Menace, a kid who had just finished a week of college and wanted to have some fun.

We filled that boy up, 800k reinforcements in him. We bid farewell and crossed our fingers.

Menace probably thought it was just another regular TWP trolling session. Attacking farms and gathers. They will just run when we attack them. Only this time... he didn't run.

Up until then, the way Greed burned you was simple. A string of attacks with every hero, gold, purple and blue. He stopped when the reports told him to.

And that he did. But this time... the reports told him to stop REALLY early. First attack. 50k died. Second attack. 55k died. Third attack. The infirmary is almost full.

Oh WE SHARED THE SHIT out of those reports in WC. Menace really didn't know what was happening. Stunned, agasp, flabbergasted, taken aback, astounded.

A quote from a member of Menace:

From what I'm seeing it was worse for you than it was for us. Milk's power went down more than Greeds.

Yeah, she actually said that. Eagle, Over, and more fell to the power of the fishing!

We changed our name. Even if we were still TWP... we were also.... THE BUBBLE BOYS.

The bubbles had given us room, had given us a way to fight. And now, the bubbles were our way to win.

The strategy was simple, everyone bubbled, one person attacking fully reinforced. What could they do about it?

Yup, you thought right. "LET'S RALLY HIM!" We are stronger than them! Let's RALLY THE F out of Milk.

But Menace still had no idea how to play the game.

TWP had a long standing joke. When we needed Jay to be online to ask him something we started a chant.

"I'm joining a rally with Jabel" It was like magic. Suddenly Jay would appear out of the blue, mad as hell.

Menace didn't have that chant. So they started a rally and joined with Jabels…

Now... desperation set in

KvK prep was about to start. Up until now they thought... we don't need TWP, we can win by ourselves.

Now they just realized... TWP can make us lose prep. And we can't do anything about it.

Chapter 4

THE REVENGE OF MALPRACTICE

43 beats 1 screenshots

What's the point of becoming stronger in Kingshot?

What's the point of becoming stronger in Kingshot?

To win prep? To beat people up in Swordland? To win lanes in Alliance Championships? To hold a turret in KvK?

Well... for Malpractice, it was to get back at his enemies.

He had proven that his power was enough to reinforce people and made them lose troops. Now, it was time to give them a taste of their medicine.

Menace was a results oriented alliance. They cared about winning, not about how they got there.

Remember, dear reader, about the Crazy Americans and the stand they had taken against what was happening to TWP? The support they had shown in the time of need?

Well, apparently Menace didn't because they invited them to be part of the alliance during KvK.

So Bruno, Joe Dirt, Toxic and Devil all joined Menace. It was a Sunday... and the KvK matchup was set.

47 was about to face server 58. A server of huge power and insane whales.

The instructions in the TWP alliance chat were clear. "We contribute NOTHING. Anyone that does anything more than the dailies is getting kicked."

Do you know, dear reader, how many points does a day of gathering contribute to KvK prep?

Around 400k per person. Do you know how many points you can get through gathering if your farms are getting constantly attacked? Yep, exactly.

Gatherers were getting attacked by a fully reinforced Milk. They had to recall and send full marches out. But our goal was being reached, time and energy was being spent on gathering, instead of scoring points in prep.

But what was being cooked in the shadows was more sinister. It was time for Malpractice to come out and play.

So... the targets were obvious: Everyone who was burnable and had done us harm. Baldwin, Kitten and other Menace members who had actively participated in the attacks.

So we waited until night. Menace had been lulled into a false sense of security:

3 weeks ago, TWP was just sitting in bubbles and insulting people in WC.

2 weeks ago they moved their Alliance HQ and were tougher to get to, but still docile.

A week ago they started reinforcing and attacking our farms.

We should just send full marches and that's it, right? What else can they do?

But they had invited their enemy in. After their gesture of solidarity, we had created a group chat with the crazy americans and a plan was slowly brewing.

Once they were inside Menace, things were set in motion.

We knew what they were saying in their Alliance chat. We enjoyed their moans and complaints. "Can't we do something about this? They are attacking our farms!"

Actual Eagle quote: "Sadly the devs are dumb and they've made it impossible to do anything against them".

Kingshot private chat discussing prep pressure and farm attacks.
Field evidence from the campaign.

We also had access to who was online. And that was the key.

Malpractice would ask. Who is online that can stop what's about to happen?

One of the crazy Americans would reply. Hypothetically speaking.... Greed, Eagle, Monkey, Ahmed, Over are not online. HYPOTHETICALLY speaking if you were to do something now, hypothetically speaking no one could stop you.

So he popped 20's, tp'd right next to the base of Menace and... FIRE...

OH SWEET SWEET FIRE!

People started burning left and right. And no one was reinforced.

So... what happens when you send full marches to gather with your best heroes out? What's left at home?

An open door

And then... the unthinkable happened. One bubble... two bubbles, three? 12? Bubbles got contagious real quick. Now.... we were a server of bubbles.

Eagle got called REAL QUICK, but there was nothing to be done. The pyres were already lit. Oh he was MAD... he was real MAD

"I was one of the people who was actually on your side, I felt what was happening had gone too far... BUT NOW? I AM YOUR WORST ENEMY!", Eagle 6 said.

Meanwhile he had burned us too. Admittedly not as much as others, but he had participated quite a bit.

Well... Malpractice was high off the killing of soldiers from his enemies. He had zeroed Baldwin, zeroed Uriel and almost zeroed Kitten.

He responded in WC:

"How does it feel? You are TRAPPED on a server with US."

Max aura farming

Eagle responded: "Haha i'm laughing so hard i'm about to burst."

We could tell he was not.

While all this was happening, Prep was still close, but 58 had a comfortable lead. The illusion of a perfect Alliance and a perfect record was quickly fading. That night... WC was silent.
